On our second day in Siena there was the famous 'Palio'. It's a horse race around the Piazza del Campo. This tradition takes place twice per year with a pageant through the city and a lot of parties on the streets. On our first eveing for example we ate with around 200 Italians a typical delicious Italian menu sitting in the street.
