A weekend in Munich

Last weekend I was in Munich and I thought I'd share some photos of Munich's beautiful city center. 

Definitely not my last visit!

Here you can see what I bought. The red cardigan was only 9,95€ and it comes in so many different colours so I think I'll buy another one.

London with mindthegapdear: Tower Bridge

Finally the first post of my London series! Some of you ask about my favourite places and must-sees in London so here's the first one.

There are a lot of bridges in London but my absolute favourite is Tower Bridge. I always go there when I'm in London. (btw my second favourite is Millenium Bridge...always get the 'Harry Potter' feeling and expect Death Eaters to show up every second when standing on it :D ).

Tower Bridge was the first thing I visited back in 2008. We went there straight after the check-in and I clearly remember one moment: I was standing there, watching the London's skyline and the boats on the Thames, all exited about the following days and I just felt safe and at home.

Two weeks ago I was lucky to see Tower Bridge open for a big boat (it stays closed for small boats like those for tourist tours). This happens around 1000 times a year. Maybe you're lucky too! 

And I can also recommend to visit Tower Bridge at night. The lights are beautiful!

 I'm back home with a bag full of unforgettable memories and some new clothes.

Right now I'm going through the 1400 photos I've taken during my stay and prepare some posts for you. I've been thinking about doing a series of posts with my favourite places in London...what do you think about it?

Rain rain rain...

The weather is really bad at the moment and I'm freezing.
Hope summer isn't finally over yet and we get some more warm days this year...

I decided to show you some photos from my summer holidays today. I spend one day with my family in Kassel at Kassel Wilhelmshöhe. This park is so beautiful! You should really go there once!

Could spend all my days in summer there reading, picnicking and sunbathing but unfortunately it is too far away from my hometown.
